Spelt (Triticum spelta) was an important wheat species in parts of Europe from the Bronze Age to medieval times. It now survives as a relict crop in Central Europe, but has found a new market as a health food.&lt;br&gt;As for the space between 'moveable' and 'type', I stand corrected.  Actually I'm sitting corrected!&lt;br&gt;I'm not sure how much I'll use MT, but I wanted to see how it compared to WP.
